West Palm Beach Firefighters Pension Fund; Extends period in which funds received under ch. 175, F.S., shall be used to reduce employee contributions to West Palm Beach Firefighters Pension Fund; clarifies that such funds are not refundable as employee contributions; authorizes vested members to request refund of contributions in lieu of benefit; requires payment of certain benefits to designated beneficiary; clarifies requirement for certain members to take lump sum distribution of their entire lump sum accumulated sick leave & vacation leave within specified time after their termination of employment in certain circumstances; reduces actuarial assumed rate of return.
