Adult Day Care Centers; Revises exemptions from licensure & regulation; provides for operation of adult day care center in temporary location under certain conditions; provides notification requirements when center relocates; authorizes AHCA to grant conditional license to centers that relocate; provides license renewal & inspection requirements; adds ground for agency action against owner of center or its operator or employee; revises staff training requirements; requires center to notify agency before proceeding with building alterations.
