Establishment of Congressional Districts; Revises state's congressional districts created by ch. 2012-2, L.O.F., in accordance with U.S. Decennial Census of 2010 (plan H000C9057); reenacts provisions relating to inclusion of unlisted territory in contiguous districts, election of representatives to U.S. House of Representatives, & severability; provides applicability.
