Clerks of the Circuit Court; Redirecting revenues from the filing fee for pleadings in specified civil actions in circuit court from the General Revenue Fund into the fine and forfeiture fund; expanding the list of duties of the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation; authorizing the clerk to seek reimbursement for jury-related costs from the state; redirecting a portion of the revenue from the civil penalty for certain traffic infractions from the General Revenue Fund to the fine and forfeiture fund, etc.
