GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Brandes

Patent Infringement; Creating provisions entitled the “Patent Troll Prevention Act”; prohibiting bad faith assertions of patent infringement from being made; authorizing a court to require a patent infringement plaintiff to post a bond under certain circumstances; authorizing private rights of action for violations of this part; requiring a bad faith assertion of patent infringement to be treated as an unfair or deceptive trade practice, etc.
