Student Discipline; Revising the duties of the district school boards relating to student discipline and school safety; revising the qualifications of a school resource officer and a school safety officer; requiring each district school board to adopt a policy on referrals to the criminal justice system or the juvenile justice system, rather than a policy of zero-tolerance for crime and victimization, etc.
