Bail Bonds; Revising the requirements for a person to own, control, or otherwise have a pecuniary interest in a bail bond agency; revising the eligibility requirements for bail bond agent applicants; providing circumstances under which, while on bond with the surety, a breach of the bail bond conditions occurs; revising the circumstances under which a court must discharge a bond forfeiture, etc.
