HB 1159: Connected-City Corridors
GENERAL BILL by Harrison ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Burgess ; Murphy
Connected-City Corridors; Provides that connected-city corridor plan amendments are to be reviewed by local governments only; authorizes local governments to adopt connected-city corridor plan amendments; provides requirements for plan amendments; authorizes affected persons to file petition with DOAH for review of plan amendments; provides exemption from DRI review process for developments within geographic boundaries of connected-city corridor plan.
