Firefighter and Municipal Police Pensions; Providing that placement of premium tax income into a separate supplemental plan is subject to approval by a municipality or special fire control district; authorizing the use of premium tax revenues to provide benefits through a defined benefit or defined contribution retirement plan, etc.
