Attorney Fees in Certain Lawsuits Decided Against Insurers; Providing that the statutory requirements for attorney fee awards for certain judgments or decrees against insurers do not apply if the suit is brought by or on behalf of a third party to the insurance policy or contract or if the proceeds of a judgment or decree are awarded to such third party, etc.
