GENERAL BILL by Edwards
Domestic Violence Organizations; Specifies duties of DCF & Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence with respect to domestic violence advocacy organizations; requires that certified domestic violence advocacy organizations meet specified requirements; provides consequences for failure to meet requirements; requires organizations to establish procedures for person to voluntarily seek their services; requires law enforcement officers to make referrals to certified organizations in specified circumstances.
