GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Evers

Contaminated Sites; Requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to include protocols for the use of long-term natural attenuation where site conditions warrant; revising how cleanup target levels are applied where surface waters are exposed to contaminated groundwater; adding further criteria to brownfield site and brownfield areas contamination cleanup criteria, etc.
