Honor and Remember Flag; Designating the Honor and Remember flag as an emblem of the state; authorizing the flag to be displayed at specified locations, on specified days, and in a specified manner; authorizing local governments to display the flag; authorizing each department, agency, or local government displaying the flag to establish certain regulations; authorizing the Department of Management Services to procure and distribute such flags, etc.
