Taxation; Authorizing property appraisers to contract for the examination and audit of homestead exemption claims; authorizing taxpayers who improperly receive a homestead exemption to enter into payment plans for the payment of taxes, interest, and penalties due; deleting a provision that restricted governmental entities from contracting for certain services regarding the collection of unpaid taxes, etc.
