Personal Privacy; Citing this act as the "Florida Privacy Protection Act"; prohibiting use of certain radar technology by law enforcement agencies except for specified purposes; providing that evidence unlawfully collected is not admissible in criminal, civil, or administrative actions; providing restrictions on government searches of portable electronic devices; requiring a warrant for all searches of such devices, etc.
