Hazardous Walking Conditions; Citing this act as “Gabby’s Law for Student Safety”; requiring a district school board to correct hazardous walking conditions and provide transportation to students who would be subjected to hazardous walking conditions; revising procedures for inspection and identification of hazardous walking conditions; providing that a district school board may implement a safe driver toll-free telephone hotline for specified purposes, etc.
