Domestic Violence Organizations; Specifying duties of the Department of Children and Families with respect to domestic violence advocacy organizations; specifying duties of the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence with respect to domestic violence advocacy organizations; requiring that certified domestic violence advocacy organizations meet specified requirements; requiring law enforcement officers to make referrals to certified domestic violence advocacy organizations in specified circumstances, etc.
