Slungshot; Deletes provisions prohibiting manufacture or sale of any instrument or weapon usually known as slungshot; revises definition of term "concealed weapon" to delete inclusion of slungshot; deletes provision prohibiting dealer in arms from selling or transferring slungshot to minor.
