Mental Health Treatment; Authorizing forensic and civil facilities to order the continuation of psychotherapeutic medications for individuals receiving such medication in the jail before admission; providing timeframes within which status hearings must be held; authorizing the court to dismiss certain charges within a specified timeframe for defendants who remain incompetent to proceed to trial, etc.
