GENERAL BILL by Braynon ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Joyner
Community Health Worker Certification; Requiring the Department of Health to approve qualified third-party credentialing entities to administer voluntary community health worker certification programs; establishing criteria for the approval of a third-party credentialing entity; requiring a third-party credentialing entity to issue a certification to certain qualified individuals who meet the grandfathering standards established by the entity; establishing a maximum fee for such certification, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
