Mobile Home Park Tenancies; Requiring the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes to provide notice to the homeowners’ association of a proposed amendment to a prospectus before authorizing such amendment; requiring that additional information be provided in the prospectus which advises the mobile home owner of consequences if the land use is changed; requiring the division to enforce certain rental agreement provisions, etc.
