GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Committee ; Health Quality Subcommittee ; Roberson
Clinical Laboratories; Revises definition of term "licensed practitioner" to include consultant pharmacists or doctors of pharmacy licensed under ch. 465, F.S.; requires clinical laboratories to make services available to specified licensed practitioners; prohibits such clinical laboratory from charging different prices for services based upon chapter under which practitioner is licensed.
