Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission; Authorizing citizen support organizations to receive funds from the commission if the organization provides services by contract under certain circumstances; revising the time period for which tarpon tags are valid; removing criteria for issuance of restricted species endorsements on saltwater products licenses; removing provisions authorizing the commission to limit the number of participants engaged in the taking of alligators or their eggs; providing penalties for the feeding of wildlife and freshwater fish, etc.
