GENERAL BILL by Justice Appropriations Subcommittee ; Criminal Justice Subcommittee ; Spano ; Kerner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell
Child Pornography; Repeals existing provisions relating to sexual performance by child; prohibits person from using child in sexual performance; prohibits person from promoting sexual performance by child; prohibits person from possessing with intent to promote child pornography; prohibits person from knowingly possessing, controlling, or intentionally viewing child pornography; requires certain conditions of supervision be imposed on certain offenders; prohibits certain offenders from being placed on administrative probation; provides that each act of transmitting child pornography is separate offense; conforms provisions.
