Renewable Energy Source Devices; Proposes amendment to ss. 3 & 4, Art. VII & creation of s. 34, Art. XII of State Constitution to require Legislature to exempt assessed value of certain renewable energy source devices & components thereof from tangible personal property tax & allow Legislature to prohibit consideration of installation of such devices or components in determination of assessed value of real property for ad valorem taxation purposes.
