GENERAL BILL by Mayfield ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ahern ; Eagle
Regional Planning Councils; Repeals provisions creating regional planning councils & regional planning agencies; repeals provisions specifying duties of such councils & agencies; transfers duties formerly performed by such councils & agencies to state land planning agency or local governments, as appropriate; authorizes local governments to create regional planning entities.
