GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Transportation ; Altman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gibson

Traffic Safety; Revising provisions relating to the passing of a vehicle; prohibiting passing and turning in front of a vulnerable user in an unsafe manner; providing penalties; providing fines and penalties for specified infractions contributing to bodily injury of a vulnerable user; requiring a hearing for specified offenses, etc.
