Continuum of Care for Children; Removing a requirement that the Department of Children and Families submit a report annually to the Legislature on the placement of children in licensed residential group care; creating the Continuum of Care Advisory Council within the department for specified purposes; authorizing the advisory council to work with certain individuals and providing limitations on the involvement of those individuals; requiring that the advisory council have access to specified information; prohibiting certain data from including information that would identify specific individuals, etc.
