Employee Health Care Plans; Removing provisions requiring certain insurance carriers to provide semiannual reports to the Office of Insurance Regulation; repealing requirements that certain insurance carriers offer standard, basic, high deductible, and limited health benefit plans; authorizing certain health benefit plans to use a stop-loss insurance policy; defining the term “stop-loss insurance policy”; providing requirements for such policies, etc.
