Long-acting Reversible Contraception Pilot Program; Requiring the Department of Health to establish a long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) pilot program in Hillsborough, Palm Beach, and Pinellas Counties; requiring the department to contract with family planning providers to implement the pilot program; requiring the department to apply for grants for additional funding; providing an appropriation subject to certain requirements, etc. APPROPRIATION: $75,000
