GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Hutson
Community Development Districts; Increasing minimum and maximum size requirements for the establishment of community development districts under certain circumstances; revising requirements related to the process of amending community development district boundaries; authorizing up to a certain number of districts to merge into one surviving district, subject to certain requirements, etc.
