Prescription Medication; Revises requirements for written prescription for medicinal drug issued by licensed health care practitioner, dispensing of complimentary packages of medicinal drugs by licensed health care practitioner, ordering & dispensing of medicinal drugs by licensed pharmacist, & dispensing of controlled substance by licensed pharmacist & practitioner to include medical condition for which drug is prescribed.
