Bad Faith Assertions of Patent Infringement; Prohibits persons from sending demand letters to targets which make bad faith assertions of patent infringement; specifies what constitutes such letters; repeals provisions requiring that plaintiffs post specified bonds; authorizes award of actual damages; revises provisions authorizing award of punitive damages.
