Weather Impacts; Creates interagency workgroup to share information, coordinate ongoing efforts, & collaborate on initiatives relating to weather events; provides for specified agencies to select liaisons to workgroup; designates DEM director or designee as liaison & workgroup coordinator; requires workgroup to prepare specified annual report; requires workgroup to submit annual report to Governor & Legislature; requires DEM director or designee to post annual report on DEM's website; requires each agency liaison to post report on agency's website.
