GENERAL BILL by Simpson
Freight Mobility and Trade Projects; Amending provisions relating to fees collected by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for issuance of motor vehicle certificates of title and related services; providing that certain fees collected shall be set aside for specified freight mobility and trade projects or navigational channel projects, etc.
