Diabetes Educator Practice; Creating part XVII of ch. 468, F.S., entitled “Diabetes Educators Practice”; prohibiting a person from engaging in diabetes education or diabetes self-management education or training unless he or she holds a certain license; specifying that the Dietetics and Nutrition Practice Council, under the supervision of the Board of Medicine, is responsible for licensing, monitoring, and disciplining diabetes educators, etc.
