Community Associations; Deleting a provision authorizing certain associations to prepare a report of cash receipts and expenditures in lieu of specified financial statements; requiring certain condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ associations to provide financial reports to the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes under certain circumstances, etc.
