Concussions and Head Injuries in Students; Requires certain medical personnel to undergo continuing education relating to concussions & head injuries in children; requires independent sanctioning authorities & FHSAA to refer certain students to concussion oversight team; prohibits certain students from returning to athletic practice or competition & classroom instruction until certain requirements are met; requires each school district to create concussion oversight team for certain public & private school students; provides for team membership, team duties, requirements for return to athletic practice or competition & classroom instruction, & rulemaking.
