Drug Safety; Requires pharmacies to offer for sale prescription lock boxes; requires pharmacies to display a certain sign; defines "prescription lock box"; requires DOH to develop & distribute pamphlet; requires pamphlet to contain certain information; requires pharmacists to distribute pamphlet in certain circumstances; prohibits pharmacy from charging fee for pamphlet.
