Issuance of Specialty License Plates; Revising presale requirements for issuance of a specialty plate; revising conditions for discontinuing issuance of a specialty plate; providing an exception to the minimum requirements for certain specialty plates, etc.
Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2016
