HB 1393: Homestead Property Tax Exemptions

GENERAL BILL by Slosberg

Homestead Property Tax Exemptions; Authorizes parent or parents of unmarried veteran who died from service-connected causes while on active duty as member of U.S. Armed Forces to get ad valorem tax relief on homestead property.

Effective Date: this act shall take effect on the same date that HJR 1391, or a similar joint resolution having substantially the same specific intent and purpose
