Public School Educational Assessments and Accountability; Suspending the use of statewide, standardized assessment results for purposes of student promotion, retention, or graduation and evaluation of instructional personnel and school administrators for specific school years; requiring the State Board of Education to adopt and implement a new school grading system by a specified date, etc.
