Public Records/Increased Access to Responsible Small Dollar Loans Pilot Program; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for certain personal identifying information and certain sensitive business information disclosed to the Office of Financial Regulation for the office’s use in preparing a specified report under the Increased Access to Responsible Small Dollar Loans Pilot Program; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1696 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
