Delivery of Nursing Services in Health Care Facilities; Creating the “Florida Hospital Patient Protection Act”; requiring that certain documentation be submitted to the Agency for Health Care Administration and be made available for public inspection; prohibiting a health care facility from assigning unlicensed personnel to perform functions or tasks that are performed by a licensed or registered nurse, etc.
