Community Health Worker Certification; Requiring the Department of Health to approve qualified third-party credentialing entities to develop and administer voluntary community health worker certification programs; requiring a third-party credentialing entity to issue a certification to certain qualified individuals who meet the grandfathering standards established by the entity, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
