GENERAL BILL by Trujillo
Vendors Licensed Under the Beverage Law; Repeals provisions relating to restrictions on sale by certain licensed alcoholic beverage vendors of merchandise other than specifically authorized types of merchandise & restrictions on direct access to such vendor's place of business; provides exception from employment restrictions on vendors licensed under Beverage Law for employment of persons under specified age; provides that failure to comply with restriction on monthly revenue from sale of alcoholic beverages is unlawful if minor is employed during month that restriction is exceeded, to which penalties apply.
