Military and Veterans Affairs; Requires application form for original, renewal, or replacement driver licenses or identification cards to include option for veterans to request information on local, state, & federal benefits & services available as result of military service; requires DHSMV to report veteran contact information monthly to DVA; requires DVA to provide such information to third-party provider & county or city veteran service officers; prohibits third-party provider from selling such information; requires third-party provider to maintain confidentiality of information; creates Military & Overseas Voting Assistance Task Force within DOS.
