Juvenile Justice; Deleting provisions requiring the court to order the delivery of a child to a jail or other facility intended or used to detain adults; deleting a requirement that a court transfer and certify a child’s criminal case for trial as an adult if a parent or guardian demands that his or her child be tried as an adult; providing that a court may impose juvenile sanctions or adult sanctions, etc.
