GENERAL BILL by Stargel
Physician Admitting Privileges; Citing this act as the "Women's Health Protection Act"; requiring that a physician performing an abortion have admitting privileges at a hospital in this state or have a transfer agreement with a hospital within reasonable proximity of the abortion clinic, etc.
