Extracurricular Activities; Revises provisions relating to extracurricular activities, interscholastic athletic competitions, & FHSAA; authorizes Education Practices Commission to suspend educator certificates for certain violations relating to recruitment; requires FHSAA to report certain information to DOE; requires DOE staff to advise commissioner of all referrals by FHSAA relating to certain recruiting offenses.
